Ashley Force Hood is a retired NHRA drag racer from the United States. She was born on November 29, 1982, in Yorba Linda, California. Ashley is the daughter of drag racing legend John Force and the sister of fellow drag racers Brittany and Courtney Force.
Ashley made her professional debut in 2007, becoming the first woman to win a national Funny Car event in 2008. Throughout her career, she earned four NHRA national event wins and was a fan favorite for her competitive spirit and charismatic personality.
In 2010, Ashley announced her retirement from drag racing to focus on her family and personal life. Since then, she has become a successful businesswoman and an advocate for women in motorsports. Ashley is married to former NHRA Top Fuel drag racer Daniel Hood and they have two children together.
